hi Joyong, thanks for yr info... for our place and deco, mu hubby and i decided to get the keys, c the 'real place' then decide/finalise e deco and furniture ><
i dun mind a meet up tho~  |
oso heard the window for air latch is quite small, so got to consider size of outdoor unit when buying aircon system too. |

i bought MHI inverter system 3, gain city came last week to do piping, they measure and say can go out the windows.

Sorry, but the administrator has prevented you from sending private messages.
If you can PM me that it will be great.
You can actually go down with you hubby to blk A and there are some contractors there, you might want to ask them for showflat, then they will bring you up and you will know the actual dimension in advance.
I am currently looking for fengshui master, do you know any good ones to recommend ? |

Hi joyong. We have a "in-house" fengshui master available on this forum. Master rayden sim. He gives discounts to sengkang.com forumers. U might wanna consider.
Tanis7811 - no need to pay cash for HPS. Kn tat day u only need to pay ur fire insurance money which is a few dollars and the conservancy fees only. |

need help all future neighbours, i'm collecting keys on 11-feb, and juz realised i've lost the letter from HDB (probably spring cleaining last wkend).

Last nite went to check out view from Blk C. Wah nt bad actually. Also very very windy. Since nothing is at de back of Blk C, the view is really nice greenary n sea kinda view. NIce n windy. Dunno if wen fernvale residence rise will de view be affected anot.
N saw a couples wid their parents opening their house yest evening on the 25th floor.
Blk B looks like anytime its ready to be release also loh! Fully done up n all ready. The pavillion at the back also half done up already.
Blk D has so much progress almost everything is done up, but lots of cleaning n tidying up work to be done. Still need to fix de door numbers for each house, put up doors, gate, service yard tt clothes hanging thingy.
Guess they will release keys from top down. Assuming tt way cos de door numbers for each house, doors, gate, service yard tt clothes hanging thingy has been already done up for the top few floors of Blk D. So its my assumption. |
