Hi guys..

Just want to share that the theft hasn't stopped.

I have lost 2 bicycles due to parking at the ground floor - dedicated parking space. Since then i parked along the stair railing near my house. It was safe for a few good months until town council pasted notice to remove all bicycles from public space that might pose a hazard. So i did and put it back to ground floor where it belongs.

Guess what... day 2, the thief dismantle my basket.... Mad
i quickly brought it back up and put it in my house now.

Sengkang, or at least Anchorvale Drive is not safe anymore... All the bicycles parked at my ground floor are all dismantled alr.. ie. no seat, missing wheel, etc.
I wonder if AMK-YCK town council has any solution for this... Confused

We should think preventive, first and foremost.

I kept my bicycles indoor..............the best option for now. Smile

Youths Arrested For Bicycle Theft

Police have arrested two youths aged 17 and 19 who are believed to be involved in at least five cases of bicycle thefts committed in Sengkang housing estate.

On 2 August 2011 at about 3.25am, a 50-year-old manís bicycle which was placed along the common corridor of Blk 225B Compassvale Walk was discovered missing.
