Now, the answer is out about developments on the other side of Buangkok MRT Station. The 1st to be announced, EC to be build there. Smile

Sidetrack... I realised that the plot near 271A (Tivela) has commerced work already.
Not sure if that is the church....

Wow... 520 units. And so fast... site available from Jan 2010. Think sites near MRT are hot cakes now, so this one should not have any problem attracting developers.

With so many new residents in a few years time... time for more facilities? Sly

It will be about that 21/12/12 date or earlier. And it will be ready for occupation with a peaceful world.

when the BTO for Atrina was release, the brochure it had stated that open field will be for future private high-rise housing. But not sure whether there is any change of plan with URA.

if they build high rise condo, it will make the surrounding nicer.The open field is so boring to look at.

I would rather have the open field... at least got space for recreational activities like kite flying etc... and of the unblocked view for some...

the open field gives us residents more activity options, even it's just a space to roam. if the take up rate is good, likely the case, i guess the open land will be up for development within the next year or two... Sad

there are less people flying kite at the open field compared to the one at anchorvale. Unless they level the field and trim the grass, then more activity can be held there.

do you know there are MRT tracks underneath the open field...fr the depo to the NE line...
if they want to build any high rise building they must make sure to siam the line.....
