Fernvale Ridge is a Build-To-Order (BTO) project in Sengkang that places you close to modern conveniences and natural loveliness. Only a short walk from Layar and Fernvale LRT stations, it's home to tranquil surrounds and a splendid array of scenic greenery.

This development comprises 4 residential blocks nestled amid landscaped grounds filled with lush foliage. Each block is designed with staggered heights of 22 and 25 storeys to create a visually interesting skyline while clean geometric lines further heighten the development's aesthetic allure.

Seems like balcony is only limited to selected 5-room.

i think alot of people will snatch becos the low pricing for 4rm. Cos you never know whether next year or so if you will get a new flat at this price.

5 room is nice~ There's already a dining allocated. Can also partition the suggested study area into a room as it comes with a window. If best, get the ones with balcony.

Kitchen is also square instead of long shape/

What more to ask for for a 5 room. Out of the recent projects, this is one of the best 5 room available.

not only that, there is proper space for wardrobe in master room. no aircon window or toilet layout there unlike some other units. and quite long too!

Agree!! Have not seen such a nice 5-room layout for the recent BTO already.

The only thing is, the toilet door is facing the bedroom door, which fengshui is not very good la.. Very Happy

Hope HDB can do something like this for the future 4 room or 5 room flats.
