Hopefully it's not another Kopitiam or Koufu.

BTW, this BTO only the 5 rooms get to face the park.

Going by the trend of HDB, the eating house will probably be tendered out. As with any open tender system, highest bidder wins! :P If Kopitiam goes all out to maintain it's "presence' in the neighbourhood, chances are, it will put in top dollars, and we will see history repeats itself again. From the site plan, there's another cluster (at the North) facing the road (Sengkang East Avenue).

Yes, I'm also interested to know what kind of "biz" development they have in store there... Not too big a plot so cant be shopping centre right?

the issue is to deter ppl from having car. so they still restrict the nos. of carparks nos.

If they built more carparks, more ppl drive car then whole spore jammed
