Uncle RN, if we got hold of the "Offer Price" list for the project which will list down all the price for different units/level. By totaling up the price, we will be able to see the final profit (include cost of MCSP, Greenery, Playground etc) right?

Sorry, I missed out on this. Embarassed
At every building site, there is an information board listing the developer, the main building contractor and all the various components of the multi-disciplinary consultancy services involved, such as: architectural, civil & structural engineering, mechanical & electrical engineering & quantity surveying. These are the main development costs, I guess.

Then, there are other services such as roads, drainage, power-supply, water supply, sewage/waste water, telephone lines/cableTV and others must be ready after the initial land clearing preparations.

Of course, the cost of land - what is the amount SLA sold the land to HDB?

This is mystery sum to add to all other costs in the first 2 paragraphs. So, what do you think? Smile
