Demerits again, in the FineCity???

Let there be CHANGE! Give back some of FINE-FINE-FINE monies!

Award every household a Patriotic Medal and money bonus for flying the National Flag all year round!

Great idea or what? Nod

Uncle RN!
I am surprised you started this thread... some more while I was away!
We had this heated discussions back in August 2008 when I posted about flying the Singapore flag... because I was dutied to put up the flags at our estate... it was alot of work!
It was a bit dis-heartening when I saw that my fellow neighbors drapped laundry over the flags at the common corridor railings. I guess they didn't really care. It didn't matter much anymore. I did my duty, cannot be too compassionate over it.
Maybe they are right... cannot be bothered.
But, I will do my patriotic duty.

All the flags located along the corridor in my estate are put up by CC. As for those corner units, they can't enter so you'll notice corner units mostly don't hang flags.

Thanks GB for clarifying on my behalf.
I don't hate ppl addresss me as Dan... its I rather be called Daniel, rather than Dan (that name reminds me of an old friend that cheated me of US$1000 worth of Microsoft original retail products software back in the 1990s)
Sibehsai... no worries about it, I shall not slap. I not so violent nowadays. btw... ur name, seems someone has said those words before, not sure the meaning. Sorry, my local slangs understanding still not up to local standards.

Daniel, welcome back. Nod
Oh, this flag thingy is known by all. Nod

At my old place I flew the flag, then as lesser neighbours did the same, I somehow opt out as well. Don't gonna be the odd one out. And until today I didn't fly the flag, not this method. I will fly the flag if there is a flag pole. Nod
