If a nightclub owner with two bungalows to spare can live in a four room flat, I don't see why salaried folks can't live in a two room flat (if we so choose). Why only low-income?.

its defn a good idea....my parents are looking into a retirement home when me and my bro move out. since my new place is in sengkang, if this is built nearby, i'd feel safer too....and yes. its housing for all. pple who need a cheaper place and also pple who dun need so much space.

Personally for myself, if i'm rich enf to afford 2 bungalows, i'll rather stay in one then stay in a HBD flat. There must be a reson why the owner keep the HDB flat. Maybe some sentimental memories? kekeke just guessing Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy
